This 8-week online series is live, interactive, and highly experiential. The exploration begins with the WellBeing Assessment, an insightful tool that focuses on six key areas of life that either energize or deplete us. We use simple, science-based skills and strategies to better manage stress, boost our wellbeing, and build our capacity for resilience and connection. Our unique group process facilitates meaningful interactions and offers diverse perspectives through parallel learning.* ​

Weekly, 30-minute Zoom sessions are an opportunity to recharge, reflect, and connect. Two weekly sessions offer flexibility for busy schedules. No RSVP required! Pick the time that works best for you and drop-in. Sessions typically include: 

  • Small group check-ins

  • Body-Mind practice

  • Space for individual reflection

  • Group check-out 

Weekly Challenges are designed to support the integration of new skills into daily life and include a variety of activities such as:

  • Self Awareness exercises 

  • Measurable, attainable goal-setting 

  • Movement practices

  • And more!
